CREtech New York

CREtech New York once again served as the anchor of Real Estate Week, drawing thousands to the Javits Center for two days of high-impact programming and deal-making. With a deep agenda built around real business outcomes—featuring curated 1:1 meetings and executive-led panels—this year’s event captured the intensity and opportunity of a market in transition.

MetaProp Labs: Nordic AI in Real Estate Lunch & Learn

MetaProp Labs co-founder Marko Pavlovic joined a private lunch & learn hosted by PropTech Sweden at the Consulate General of Sweden in New York with leading Nordic real estate companies. The group explored how AI is transforming real estate operations and what best practices from the U.S. can be adapted globally. One theme kept surfacing: the biggest barrier isn't just AI adoption, it's data integration and organizational change.

AI x Built World Dinner

Co-hosted with F-Prime, MetaProp, and Fifth Wall, this dinner brought together investors and AI-native startup founders building solutions for every real estate asset type. The evening served as a forum for cross-sector dialogue on how AI is reshaping operations, design, and construction.

JP Morgan 270 Park Development Tour

JPMorgan Chase’s new global headquarters at 270 Park Avenue served as the backdrop for a behind-the-scenes tour of one of the world’s most ambitious real estate developments. Designed with sustainability and innovation at its core, the tour offered insights into the building’s LEED Platinum aspirations and forward-thinking workplace strategy. Women Leaders Real Estate AI Roundtable

This roundtable brought together senior women executives leading AI adoption across real estate. The conversation explored real-world implementation, ethical frameworks, and pathways to more inclusive innovation—reinforcing the critical role of diverse leadership in shaping the future.

LMRE & CREtech PropTech Run in Central Park + Poker Night

Operators, investors, and tech founders joined LMRE and CREtech for a networking run that blended energy, connection, and conversation in Central Park. LMRE then hosted an evening of competition and connection at LMRE and MetaProp’s third annual Poker & PropTech Night.

MetaProp Padel Invitational

A spirited afternoon of competition and connection, MetaProp GP Zach Aarons hosted a Padel Invitational that welcomed our portfolio company founders, team members, and community.

CRE TechWalk

Participants joined a guided architectural and technology tour through the city’s evolving urban landscape. The CRE TechWalk offered a tangible look at how physical spaces are adapting to meet the demands of the modern world.

The Hardy Group’s Radical Innovation Competition

This year’s Radical Innovation Competition, hosted by The Hardy Group, spotlighted boundary-pushing ideas in hospitality and the built environment. The finalists demonstrated how bold thinking can redefine user experience, sustainability, and design impact.
